Redneck Nutz ships from Springfield MO. We make every effort to ship within 48 hours of receiving your order, many times the same day depending on when your order is received. We will contact you if there will be a delay beyond this time frame. Please make sure you include valid contact email and phone information for us to do so if needed. Delivery transit time is dependent on method chosen. Expedited delivery is available. If selecting an expedited delivery method after 1pm cst, please contact us to see if your order will ship that day. Otherwise expedited orders placed after 1pm cst may ship the next day. Free shipping offers apply only to the contiguous 48 states.

Returns & Replacements
Any item ordered may be returned. Shipping costs are non refundable. Please contact us within seven (7) days from receipt and all returns must be received by us within thirty (30) days. Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Items that had free shipping offers will have shipping costs deducted from returns. Defective merchandise will be replaced or repaired, please contact us so we may determine the best method prior to initiating a return on defective items. Once an order ships it may not be canceled. Please contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization. Items will not be accepted for a return without an RMA.
You may order at any time online at your convenience. If you have issues placing an order please contact us and we will do what we can to assist you. At this time we do not accept phone orders for financial security and order integrity through our automated system.
Payment, Pricing & Promotions
We accept PayPal and most major Credit Cards. We pride ourselves on offering great products at a fair price. We do not engage in offering "spectacular sales offers" on overpriced products to make it seem like a bargain. We do on occasion offer specials and promotions, many times unadvertised in the store, so be sure to join our newsletter where we announce those offers.
You may view the status of your order at any time by following the link supplied in the order confirmation email. Please be sure to include a valid email address to receive this important message. If you do not receive an order confirmation please check your spam folder and add us as an approved sender so you will receive the shipping confirmation email. If you do not receive an order confirmation and it is not located in your spam folder it usually means your order did not complete. Please check the shopping cart to see if your order is still available and/or contact us.
Updating Account Information
If you have an account with us and there are changes to your information, please update prior to ordering. It is not necessary to register an account with us to purchase, you may check out as a guest. If you do choose to register there are many benefits such as:
